Karena Bowling

Individuals who are not able to work during the day or who have retired have the opportunity to be active members of the community through NBA Woodhaven's Day Program. The Day Program is offered Monday through Friday with activities that take place in many locations in the Mid-Missouri area. An individual in the Day Program can select the activities he or she enjoys. Some examples are bowling, shopping, movies, Bible study, nature walks, sightseeing, crafts, gardening, and eating out.

Individuals can also choose activities that help others, such as volunteering for Meals on Wheels or assisting at the Humane Society. They may also choose to work on developing skills that might help in a job some day.
